This evening i read Heather (Anish) Anderson's book Thirst. It is her account of her FKT hike of the PCT. I recommend it to those who want to look into the head of
a person who does such extreme hiking. I found it quite compelling.

Quite compelling indeed! Very much a deep look into her inner drive and thoughts as she knowingly punished every fibre of her physical and psychological self and soul.
She has my utmost admiration and respect.
