Not sure why this is on WhiteBlaze. Not about the AT and not about hiking trails. Long Hunter State Park is largely in the City of Nashville, TN on Percy Priest Lake (local Corps of Engineers lake). It's very convenient to those of us living in Nashville! Much more so than the Appalachian Trail. LOL It does have two "backcountry" camp sites on the lake shore. It's about a 5-mile hike to get to them.
