Stomach Bug

Here in South Central PA, there is a strain of a nasty stomach bug going around. The symptoms are diarrhea, tiredness, and achiness in the stomach area. According to some local hikers, it has even spread to the trail. Please, please, if you're sick, stay off the trail and follow your health care provider's recommendations. The symptoms should last 1-3 days but if they persist, please seek medical care immediately.

Unfortunately, norovirus and similar "stomach bugs" are not killed by alcohol hand sanitizer. You have to wash your hands to get it off.
