Default North MD -> South PA trail conditions

Hitting the trail from Gathland SP to PA 233 next week. Looks pretty straight-forward, but thought I'd check after the past few rain storms of anything I should be aware of. Anybody that can confirm an all-clear or otherwise? Looking forward to checking out some newer shelters, also.

I may be out there also. Planning for Reno Monument to Pine Grove Furnace or Boiling Springs. Starting Tuesday or Wednesday.

I hiked PA 16 to birch Run this week and it was a-ok. I hike a little in Maryland every week and it’s always well taken care of.

I’m the Ridgerunner in MD. Come say hi if you’re passing by Annapolis Rock over the weekend.

Starting in Michaux State Forest. Should I be wearing orange for hunting season?

I plan on doing the MD AT section hike over Christmas week (2 or 3 nights) and just bought an bright orange backpack rain cover to have on because the idea of hunters alarms me a bit. Better safe that sorry.
