Default Large Group sites Allen Gap> Hot Springs

I'm taking 7 guys on a really short sobo 15 miler to get some older guys back into backpacking and I am wondering if there are any sites from Allen Gap > Hot Springs that will accomodate 4-6 tents along the way? Thanks

GutHook shows Rich Mountain Camp (6.4 miles) has room for up to 6 tents and a spring 0.1 miles away.

I'll be in the area with another group Oct 20. Hoping you're not there the same day, otherwise it'll be overcrowded.

You enjoy as well. I'm sure your group would have been great company, but not when packed in a sardine can.

FWIW, if you are planning a group trip on the AT, there is an official site that helps you look to see if a site already has a group planning on camping there or not. https://atcamp.org/ Spread the word, it is a great planning tool for groups!
