Anytime a "customer service" thread pops up it's usually negative. So I thought I'd go ahead and post something positive for once. I have a Solong 6 I bought a few years ago, and I was having some minor issues with a couple of corner tie outs. I followed the process on the LightHeart Gear site to get the issue corrected, and I'm happy to say that it was done both expediently and in a high quality manner. This was a couple of months ago, and the tent has been used in the field since the repairs by the way.
Oh yeah, and I just so happened to meet Judy on the trail a few years ago and she's a friendly personable lady too.
