The closest local is this firm that gets good reviews. Its a sole proprietorship so reservations recommended.

This hostel does shuttles and has a variety of lodging options.

Of course the AMC has their daily shuttle system. It is oriented to people using the huts but if you don't mind the wait its the least costly option.

FYI, for most AT hikers in the whites, the typical distances required for a shuttle are quite long as the highways have to go around the mountains. A typical shuttle to section the whites are not cheap (see the Trail Angels website). The shuttle to Glencliff is particularly difficult logistically as the AMC shuttle doesn't go there.

Note I gave you options near Gorham NH which is the closest town to Mt Washington. If you give more details the recommendations may change. On the odd chance you are just looking for a shuttle from the top of Mt Washington to somewhere, the autoroad and the cog both offer hiker specials
