Thread: Time Frames

    Default Time Frames

I've spent a considerable amount of time researching this yet can't really find any information relating to it. What I'm attempting to figure out is if there is an itinerary that displays expected time frames (when attempting a thru-hike), i.e. April (x-state), May, etc, and so forth, as I'm curious what the seasons are for hikers in various states, as to avoid crowds when attempting section hikes.

David Miller writer of the "AT Guide" has 12, 15 and 18 miles per day itineraries on his website. All of them can be downloaded in Excel format. They are listed under Info on his home page.
