Shuttle from Dulles (IAD) to Waynesboro, then from 522 (near Front Royal) to IAD

Any recommendations for a shuttle for 3 of us from a hotel near Dulles Airport to Waynesboro on May 13th. Return trip on May 25th from US-522 back to Dulles. We are obviously hiking South to North through Shenandoah.

There is also a train from Union Station to Harper's Ferry in the afternoon. You can take Metro to Union Station. That will put you much closer for a possibly less expensive and easier to find shuttle.
