    Default Ed Garvey shelter

    I am not sure who to get in touch with but the Ed Garvey shelter’s toilet has no wood hips or duff. The trash can meant to hold it is full of trash..

    Typical. A maintainer will likely be up there eventually once the weather improves some.

    That is the same condition I found it in last year about this time. Another thing to think about is that the water source is down hill from the privy.
