    Default Backpacker Meal How-To: One Pot Thai Peanut Pasta

    We made an instructional video on how to prepare a hiking meal: One Pot Thai Peanut Pasta. We have some summer hiking trips coming up and we were thinking about making a video about each hiking meal we make.     Did you read the description? It has the original recipe that we adapted it from. Also, it's nice to have visuals on how big to cut the veggies etc. Buy Linda Frederick Yaffes book if you like written recipes... excellent book.

    That looks great, and easy to modify for individual preferences... substitute chicken broth, add fish sauce, siriacha, cashews, etc. I need to get a dehydrator now!
