McAfee Knob long term parking

Can you please tell me the best location to park, closest and week long, to McAfee Knob?

There's a big parking lot right at the trail head to the Knob. As good as any place I suppose.

Keep in mind this is a very busy place on the weekend. "The Home Place" is just down the street, a popular all you can eat home cooking restaurant in a historic building.

As Slo said there is a parking lot right at the base, A safer option is a few miles south of here at 4pines hostel. Joe is really good about letting people park at the hostel, I would just give a courtesy call of course.
