    Nice! Agree. It combines a diversity of worthy experiences and mindsets of a traveler experiencing life in a wider perspective into what is at the core a LD hike. It can be a viable approach in enjoying a LD hike.

    I'm joyful you had the where with all to consider what I said here. LD hiking/thru-hiking very much does not have to a purely selfish proposition.
