Default Road access near Brink Road shelter

Is there road access passable by car near Brink road shelter in NJ? How is the road? Thanks.
There are so many miles and so many mountains between here and there that it is hardly worth thinking about

About four miles north of Brink Road Shelter is a US highway, Culvers Gap. Brink Road Shelter, as I remember, had dirt bike and possibly four wheeler access, not sure if the road would be passable by conventional vehicles. Parking and easy access at Culvers Gap.

Above information from memory of quite a few years ago. The shelter did have some of the worst mosquitoes I've experienced on the AT when I was there.

Brink Road probably isn't drivable, but you could hike to the shelter from either end of Brink Road. The south end at W Owassa Turnpike is closer to the shelter at ~0.6 miles. North trailhead at Tilman/Dimon Road is about 1.1 miles from the shelter.
