The TST attracted some attention and discussion on the JMT yahoo group some time ago due to the difficulty of obtaining traditional JMT SOBO permits. It has the reputation of being unmaintained in spots. I think that someone on the JMT group had planned a JMT/TST loop. Maybe post there and see if anyone comments:
