Default Niday Shelter - Water Availability?

Wondering if anyone has an update on water between Niday shelter and Johns Spring Shelter. Reports from late August had no water at all and scarce water availability north of the shelter. Will be hiking this section soon so any water reports are greatly appreciated.

There should be water in the creek at the road about a little over a mile north of the shelter. But that is a dry section in the fall. All of the springs north of 311 to McAfee usually dry up. The creek at the second shelter north of McAfee is pretty reliable.
