Question Packa vs Marmot Pre Cip

Will a packa keep a person as warm as a Pre Cip in the winter at temps under 32º and in Snow or Sleet as an outer shell?

Is the packa usable in camp, over a Down Puffy, without a pack on?

Because the Packa is designed to ventilate very well, it won't keep you warm as it can't trap heat.

I assume you mean if it's raining, yes, it can be used in camp. Yes it's usable without a pack.

Of course it can be used in camp without pack, although you get the droopy butt feeling from the sagging pack cover. At least I did.
