Default Allegheny National Forrest Trip Planning

I'm planning a late September trip from Willow Bay to Kellettville and was wondering about mileage/day according to terrain rise/fall and difficulty. It'd be 79 miles and I was guessing 5 days for conditioned hikers in moderate terrain. Any feedback on this area would be appreciated.

I hiked that last fall as part of my planned NY&PA section of the NCT. You can check my journal at www.trailjournal.com/handlebar for the miles-per-day I got as a then 71 year old. YMMV, of course, since I was at the end of my hike at this point.
