Outdoor Vitals Concern

Pretty much I'm concerned that Outdoor Vitals isn't as hot as people say. Is there any way you can prove me wrong? I'm looking at their cold weather gear currently.

You are right to be concerned. All one has to look at are reviews and fill weight. Don't

They have a YouTube presence if that helps. Aside from that, it looks like they make cheap gear so I have no interest.

I have an Outdoor Vitals Aerie 20 degree sleep system and have been very happy with it. Every company is unknown at some point. If you're a hammock hanger, Shug has written a nice review of the Aerie.

I can not give you a temperature on my Aerie 30, but I can tell you that the down is high quality and there is plenty there as described by OV. I know this because I ripped longitudinal seams and cut and sewed one down in width to make it into a hammock underquilt. So, I saw the down. It's a lot of nice down in light weight fabric for the money. And, the newer version uses baffles for more loft and warmth...I have the first gen with sewn through quilting. Hope that helps.
