Zpacks hip pockets should work.
MLD also sells but a little small.

Gossamer gear has them also
You could DIY your own for 10 bucks. They also have a dyneema kit for 13. I'd substitute a plain zipper for the water proof one. I have the zpacks pockets on my arc haul and find the water proof zippers almost impossible to operate with one hand. Locked shoulders prevent me from getting both hands on them well enough to close, so I usually have someone else do it.
Put Vaseline or wax or Q20 on the zips
Do the hip belt pockets interfere with your arm swing at all? I am hesitant to buy because when I watch my arms swing with my pack on, they cut mighty close to the hip belt as is.
Is the hip belt on the Exos 58 removable? The pockets on the ULA Catalyst belt are very convenient and hold a considerable amount of stuff.
If you can't put the ULA belt on the Exos, just buy a complete ULA pack.

ULA also offers shoulder strap pockets, but I don't know if they are removable or would fit your pack. Call Chris and he may be able to help you out.

I was looking for something at the last minute last week. Wound up buying a fanny pack. Tightened the straps all the way and attached it to the "Y" strap in back of my pack, and to the daisy chain on my shoulder pad another day.
Mine was a little expensive, but I see Walmart has em for 5 bucks.
You could always go with the fanny pack (or chest pouch if you wanna be mega cool).
I scoffed at the "crotch pouch" initially but I've been with a lady since harpers who uses one and loves it. I've come around to her way of thinking; it's so convenient

I just used a lowepro point and shoot camera case.
