I used to work in a regulatory policy position for the Treasury Dept. With instructions and directions from leadership we would then roundtable and draft proposed regulations for inclusion in the Federal Register. It doesn't cost anything to write a law or ordinance. You open your computer, write it and then some board or council votes on it. Or am I missing something?

I'm pretty sure our biga$$ Allentown mayor needs a Polaris ORV to get to the trail to "inspect"... They cost around $21K fully loaded...Coincidence??
.....Someday, like many others who joined WB in the early years, I may dry up and dissapear....
