    Whilst I think she is accomplished and inspiring

    The term "quadriplegic" has to do with paralysis or such of all 4 limbs

    And her arms seem to work ...

    Perhaps she was a quadriplegic in the past. She is not now.

    Google her name and the first 5 hits are about lying about the hikes. Perhaps Whiteblaze should pull this thread before it gets ugly.

    Just searched her name on Whiteblaze. Comparable post has been posted by Whiteblaze several times over the past year. This is the epitome of "Fake News" and its propagation should cease.

    First article reports she was quadriplegic due to car accident. Your link indicates lupus left her paralyzed from the waist down. You'd think there would be at least a little consistency in the story.
