Up for sale is a Big Agnes Fly Creek HV UL1 Mtn Glo tent - the new updated version. Overall the tent is in very good condition. Asking $225. REI retail price is $399.95. Catch and release from REI garage sale (please see details further down).

The deal is I'm letting it go at what I paid for it + actual shipping cost. It will need a couple poles replaced and the tent body zipper as well. I rang Big Agnes and they said replacement cost is about $5 for the poles and suggested I fix the zipper. No long wait in lines, no sales tax and you get a great tent at a bargain price.
