Were you maybe looking for this: http://www.all-bran.com/recipes/brownies.html

It's not what I would consider breakfast, but it does have All Bran cereal in the brownies.

    1) Breakfast: The "Concoction"

Get a big nutritional (and caffeine!) jump start without cooking. Carnation Instant Breakfast Mix, Brownie Mix, Oats and Instant Coffee Powder. Mix it all up into one, secure bag at home before leaving. Eyeball your 1/5 portion each morning into a cup and add some water. Mix it and sluuuurp it up.

According to your web site "the concoction" contains 298 g (74.5 teaspoons) of sugar. That's 1.57 CUPS of sugar.
If you eat 1/5 that's still 5 tablespoons of sugar for breakfast.

And there's not much else (protein, fat) in it.

    Nutrition?

    Seriously.

Right! Maybe okay for them younger lads, but the older ones will likely end up dirt nappin' after the big "Crash"

Totally awesome brownies! Add nuts of your choice. They keep in a Ziploc bag for a week or 2.
