Default Shuttle from greyhound bus terminal to trailhead in bennington, vt

I've tried many folks from the shuttle list but they are not available and the cab service does not operate on weekends. Any suggestions? Thanks.

It can be hitched as LW says but I've arranged for inexpensive shuttles through the very hiker friendly YMCA in Bennington.

Bennington is a cool trail town with several postcard picture perfect covered bridges, historical Revolutionary War sites, and with an AWESOME 360* view on a clear day from the top of the Washington Monument like Bennington Battle Memorial.

Brings back fond memories on a so called rainy "zero day" walking around town 20+ miles hitting up four covered historical bridges and the Battle Monument with skies clearing long enough in time for the splendid view.
