PCT Nickname?
I hear the AT called "The Green Tunnel", is there a similar name for the PCT? All I've heard is "the Masters Program" (as part of the Crown)

I've heard people call it the wrong name such as "Pacific Coast Trail", but no widely accepted nicknames other then National Geographics PCT documentary overusing the word "Extreme" when referring to it or Walkin' Jim's song calling it just the Crest Trail. Everyone pretty much just refers to it as the PCT.
You could always come up with one!
"The very non-linear trail from Mexico to Canada"
Unfortunately, it is now known as "AT-West"

The people I hiked with had this to say about the PCT: "People think we rough it out here"
If anyone hiked it in '96, they'll probably know what I'm talking about.
