Good Afternoon all, need GPS coordinates

Trying to find coordinates or directions to the Mooney Gap (USFS 83) intersection with the AT. Picking up a sectional hike and cannot remember if we stopped at Mooney or Bearpen Gap (USFS 67).

If I recall the AT crosses USFS 83 perpendicular, it looks as if USFS 67 is just adjacent to the trail. We definatley stopped at a crossing.

Okay, question number 2...does anyone know if Bell Creek Rd, through Mooney Gap, is open before 4.1?
