Of all the AMC sites this is the only one I can't feel bad for.
Sorry if my question sounds stupid but what did they rob? Cash? Don't most people pay for the rooms via credit cards? Did they rob equipment? I read the article and didn't see that detail. Thanks.

It was two white males driving a grey Nissan Pickup with Pa plates. According to early reports the suspects wore jeans and black jackets and had masks. They took cash and got into the safe."

Preventable. Robbers had been there before maybe having inside info like having worked or stayed there.
Not sure one can prevent a robbery of this nature, even if someone who stayed or worked there is involved. When faced with guns, theres not a lot of prevention left in the episode and best to just open the cash drawer and stand back. Its a terrifying thing to have happen, even if no one was hurt in the process.
Now that you have the description, are you going out to look for them?
I guess now that we have a description folks can look for them.
