Default Georgia Section in March. Looking for hiking buddy.

Hello, I will be hiking GA in March. Section only. Looking to meet up with hiking buddies. I am all about hike your own pace and meet up to camp. I will have a car, so we can share shuttles. I am early 50s, not very fast. Plan on 10-12 miles, more or less, per day, or whatever happens that day.

Also, I from VT and MA if anyone nearby wants to meet first. (Weekends VT, work week MA)

Ron Brown is one of the best in the business IMO - Good Rates, Knowledgeable has been early or on time 100% of the time, social, and sets an image that his hikers are first priority.

Hiker hostel @ Dahlonega will slack pack you thru GA.

A LOT of people that stay with them and start to section hike, and knees cant take it, end up calling them up and doing this. Wont be available in bubble unless reserved far in advance.

Curious, first time on this site. Age 61, male, conservative. 150 miles under my belt last year. Have truck, shuttles are possible, could be very convenient. Experienced hiker, 10-15 / day miles anticipated, one zero day per week. Would probably hike around the weather and crowds. Thoughts?
