I hiked to another of PA's hidden gems in SGL 13. There was a deep, isolated gorge with many falls and cascades, a grotto with dripping springs and cascades, and old growth hemlock forest. Elk Run was a large, beautiful stream. I also hiked a little up Bloody Run to see two smaller falls. A beautiful place.

That is awesome. I was Double Cabin at the Old Backpacker, have enjoyed the deciduous paradise you share for some time.

At this point you are a major resource there, I hope folks appreciate it. Keep your stick on the ice man.

Awesome photos Mitchell. WY has some fantastic places, MT is better. , and CO is overrated because of the crowds.
