Default Water situation from Neel's Gap thru Long Branch Shelter

Hiking this section very soon and wanted to see if anyone had an update on the water availability.

I just completed this section last week. According to my notes.....No water until Low Gap Shelter, though water cached by trail angels at Tesnatee Gap, Hogpen Gap, and Unicoi Gap (don't rely on this though). There was water running through a culvert a couple of miles after Poplar Stamp Gap where I had dry camped. Water at Tray Mtn. and Deep Gap Shelter. Right before getting to Dicks Creek Gap there is a stream with a small bench. Muscrat Creek, Carter Gap, and Long Branch all were running and I crossed several streams running in this section. Though many sources were dry, just be sure to camel up and replenish your supply when you come across water. Have a great hike!
