    Default FitKicks; a camp shoe?

I came across these in one of those eclectic stores that seems to have a little bit of everything. I immediately thought they would be great camp shoes/water shoes.

I dont use camp shoes, I just wear my trail runners. But these felt really light and seem durable enough to hold up to camp shoe abuse. I couldnt find a weight on them but they basically felt like a beefier version of those water shoes kids wear.

    anyone have experience with them?

from what I understand, two reasons to wear camp shoes are first, to allow your feet to recover, particularly to dry out. These look "sweaty". Next, to allow your shoes/boots to recover. They have been compressed while hiking and the longer they have to recover the better they will perform. My $.02.
