I was reading the thread about fear of heights with interest. I have some of that but not severe. Something that surprised me a couple of years ago, I had just bought a sleeping bag, regular size. I climbed inside to check it out and I panicked. I couldn't get out of it soon enough. I've had little to no claustrophobia before. This surprised me. I've been doing the desensitize thing with a fair amount of success. But I did buy a quilt. I'm also much more comfortable in my BA copper spur 2 rather than the BA seedhouse 1. I'm thinking the comfort of the larger interior space is probably claustrophobia related.
Claustrophobia anyone??
