Default Anyone have any experience with Turbopup bars?

I'm curious others experience as they seem very convenient and affordable vs packing regular dog food. Per the company each bar contains nearly 250 calories. They say that active working dogs need 250 cal per day per 10lbs of body weight. That said a two pack per day should fuel my 20 lb jack...my local Petsmart has them on sale for $2.50 per 2 pack.....roughly half price. Considering this for my next long hike...id also give him some if my summer sausage and cheese as a treat.

I'd be interested in knowing this too. I'm planning a 100 mile trip and this will be the first time taking my dog out for more than a couple of days and have been wondering what to do about food for him...usually he just eats what I'm eating but I don't think that's going to work for a whole week.
