I was but twisted my knee and at home going stir crazy, so looking at alternatives

I have an old book by an SIU prof - it may still be available

doing the whole trail is not very attractive - lots of nice 1-2 day sections, lusk creek if I remember was my fav

maybe try the Hennepin canal trail, even terrain for rehab and you will have it to your self - also nicest park staff I have encountered in decades of doing this - will PM my # if you have ??
