~3 day hike suggestions (North East)

Hey everyone. A buddy and I are looking to do about a 3 day hike Thurs-Sat somewhere between the catskills and virginia. What are your favorite spots??

There are some great trails in PA - and I'd recommend the Black Forest Trail. Another nice one that is a bit easier and shorter is the Old Loggers Path. Both are loops and easy logistically.
