For years I have occasionally seen or run into Cecily in Delaware County at my favorite State Park. So today it was no surprise that she had really cool breaking news. Sometimes she is running with her dogs and other times just by herself... as she lives in Sycamore Mills not far from the park. There are three very short videos as she performed a Owl rescue and I too have sent raptors to the Schuylkill rescue too. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.
