Default Woke Up to a 10" Snowstorm

I woke up to the biggest snowstorm of the winter, er, spring this morning here in northern Ohio. Power outages, downed tree, area was paralyzed. The whole thing is headed east across Pennsylvania today.

Anyone out on the trail use extreme caution.

At least they won't have to worry about power outages. :-)

Lovely winter we're having this spring!
I always know where I am. I'm right here.

My Sandusky and Cleveland folks said they got around 3", and my winery buddy in Conneaut (NE corner of Ohio) said 3-4". The 10" sounds localized with some added lake effects. Do be careful on the trail, but I don't think there's any need to buy snowshoes.

These spring snows may be a PITA but they generally don't last long. We got about 6" on Monday of last week (eastern MA.) By Thursday it was all gone. Could easily turn the trails into a sloppy mess, I'll give you that.

Hope all can stay safe in its path, and also maybe be lucky to see the beauty of it from their safe place!

I guess that goes with the spring we had several times over the winter?

The only thing better than mountains, is mountains where you haven't been.
