Default Looking for a good GPS app for Virginia for a droid

Hiking part of the Shenandoah this fall and was looking for a GPS phone app for a droid. Ideas? thanks.
There are so many miles and so many mountains between here and there that it is hardly worth thinking about

For a full GPS app., I use viewranger. I haven't tried any other apps but I'm really happy with it.

You can buy the Virginia map on Guthook for about $8. It has worked very well for me and the gps works great, just hit the button and it zeros in on your location on the trail.

PATC has an APP for Shenandoah. Guthook is better, but doesn't cover any trails besides the AT. If you're staying on the AT: Guthook. If you want to wander the blue blazes: PATC.

GAIA is pretty much the industry standard for turning your phone into a GPS.

    $20 well spent
