Default Feathered Friends Sleeping Bag Fabric(s) Advice Requested

I’m looking at getting a Feathered Friends 3-Season sleeping bag and was hoping someone with fabric knowledge or experience with their Pertex Endurance UL and Schoeller Nanosphere could weigh in on their pro’s and con’s (durability, water repellency, ect…)

I do most of my trips in SoCal and the Sierra using a cuben tarp for shelter (either with or without a bug bivy) or simply cowboy camping.

    Thanks and Cheers

I've had a 10 degree swallow for 4 years about 100 days on the trail. The nanosphere would bead up great for the first year, then it gradually has become less. However I see now that drying in a commercial dryer at medium heat might reactive it. Have not tried that as washing instructions call for low heat or no heat. The fabric has been great, No rips or tears, bag drys fast.

    Ercoupe,
    Thanks for the feedback/information.
This came off the Feathered Friends Website under fabrics:
"NanoSphere treatment can be rejuvenated with exposure to heat and we recommend drying your products at a moderate heat level to maximize this effect."
