Default Six Moon Designs Deschutes Tarp

This a great tarp for someone who is interested in getting into tarping for the first time .

I have used this tarp for many many years and it has thousands of trail miles on it. It's easy set up
A simple one person silnylon tarp, that can be completely closed to protect against rain.

I just recently backpacked 1200 miles across Europe in this including many rainy night in Ireland.

    Weight 14oz
SMD says 44 sq ft of space

I recently upgraded to a newer version of this same shelter. It's my all time favorite. I will still use the Deschutes on my long distance treks.

    Condition: fair
Sun discoloration around the tent. It's been through some battles.

Does not include stakes or original stuff sack
Included will be only a tyvek groundsheet that's it

Cost $75. Includes free shipping. it retails for $165 now. This a great tarp for a beginner or experimenting with different set up.

    Pm if interested

    .
I know it might seem like many, many, years. But the deschutes has been on market a little under 2 yrs. First ones shipped in 1Q 2014.

Perhaps you used something else for many, many years?

While I hope that nobody with a lot of post here would be a scammer that particular statement would certainly give me reservations. Perhaps you should clarify

U are right I used another six moon tarp alongside this. But this ones been on AT, NST, LT and all across Europe. I clearly am not a scammer as I've been here a long time. I've done a lot of hiking since 2014, in fact it's all I've done luckily! Thanks tho

So how old is your Deschutes, what model year? It is not many, many years old and I didn't really understand your response to muddywaters.

In 2015 they added a vent at top, and made zipper longer. There doesnt appear to be a vent in photos that I can make out.
