I Registered for my Thruhike Today

Go to the registration page and select a start date. Hit “Go.”

Pick where you would like to begin your hike and click the box that corresponds with the date you would like to begin your hike.

Then click “REGISTER ONLINE.”

That should bring up the page where you enter your contact information. Your arrival date should be the date you want to begin your hike.

I just tried the website and it seems to be working just fine.

So I go to the ATC site and cant find the calendar and registration info anymore. did it move or just down till new year? registered last month when they started taking reservations, and wanted to double check, but nada... am I having a senior moment and just don't see it?

Can click the box with "2016 Thru-Hiker Registration Charts" to see how many people registered for which days.

Registered a month ago... still waiting for the stuff they were going to send in "two weeks". maybe they meant two weeks after the new year

My confirmation email says 4-6 weeks. They must've gotten swamped.

We were able to update the thru-hiker registration charts at http://www.appalachiantrail.org/home...tration-charts this afternoon.

Note that this year we have separate charts for those registering at Amicalola Falls and Springer

That's when I'm more than likely registering to go. Can't wait, looking to hammock the whole thing although I know it's going to be brutally cold early on haha.
