Search Engine Help

[Vegan Packer]

I keep trying to use the Search Engine to find threads and posts about areas of interest or research. I try putting things in quotes, and I've even tried using old style Boolean indicators, but I always seem to get a lot of things that don't have the terms in them, or have them not together.

Am I doing something wrong? I'd hate to keep bringing up subjects that have already been discussed to death.

Use google instead. Type in your search terms, then add "site:whiteblaze.net" without the quotes to the end of your search. That command will cause it to only return items from this site.

The WhiteBlaze search works poorly (as also the search function on many other forum sites).
Google works much better - just include the site:whiteblaze.net (no spaces, no quote marks).

Yeah, i put in a search for flip-flop, or alternate routes and get directed to anything but?? What’s the deal??

I have had much better results since using the Google search with site:whiteblaze.net as part of the search terms.
