    :banana Third time's the charm.

    After watching Wild and A Walk in the Woods, I've decided that a third attempt is on my bucket list. My first attempt was in 1975. Just graduated college, and a buddy decided we should hike the AT. We made it a week. Next attempt was in 2012. Just retired. I made it to NC. Now by golly, I'm going to complete a north bound hike starting in the middle of February. Hopefully I'll be better prepared than I was 3 years ago.
