    Default October/November section

    Hello all,

Drifted from the hiking world for a few years, but I'm back. Recently quit my job as a football scout and am looking to get back to the basics! I'm thinking about a 6 week hike in VA/NC/TN from early Oct to mid Nov. No set itinerary and no real attachments to where I hike... but was thinking the Smokies/Shenandoah would be nice this time of year.

If anyone is looking to hike, wander, adventure... give me a shout. I have no real agendas, other than to get out there and enjoy fall.

I've hiked with folks my age, men in their late 50's, women in their mid 70's... really have no preference, as long as you are good people!
