Did chocolate melt in MTR bucket???....sept hike

Starting to get food together for my sept 10 Jmt....should I avoid snickers or chocolate in MTR bucket? I could just pack m&m's i guess

Snickers minis didn't melt in 2013 in MTR bucket. Sent in mid August, picked up early September.
