    Default Parking near ThorntonGap (US211)

    Where is a good place to leave a car for 2 days near Thornton Gap entrance (US211) to SNP? Can I leave it at the rangers station?

    Head south on Skyline drive for 100 yards and park it at the Panorama Parking Lot on the right. It will be fine there. Enjoy the hike.

    right down from the ranger station if you ask the rangers there they will direct you to an area where you can park
