Iron Bridge on the Housatonic River (Falls Village)

The Amesville Bridge by the power plant in Falls Village CT has been reopened. The relocation signs have been covered by the contractor and the AT is now open through the area.

NOTE: We have been notified by the contractor that the bridge will be closed again starting approximately March 15th for 4-6 weeks for additional work. At this time, the relocation signs will be uncovered and the relocation will once again be the official route of the AT. Be sure to check on the ATC website for the most up-to-date information.
