    Default Cut open Sawyer filter

I left my Sawyer in my attic and I think it may have had a chance to freeze. If it didn't then it probably had froze on my Foothills thruhike back in November. Either way, I sacrificed it in the name of curiosity. The filter element felt like a lot of tiny rubber bands.
