Hard to say...but I think they run "normal"/true to size to maybe a slight bit small.
My Salomons in 10.5(same size) did feel a little bigger than these 7s in 10.5.....not sure if Salomons run big or these run small.
Really hard to say...best bet is to try on Brooks at a store and see for yourself.
